Arrow Puzzle: Tap Maze Escape
Effective date: 14 October 2026

By installing or playing Arrow Puzzle: Tap Maze Escape ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. License

The Game is built on the open-source ArrowEscape project, licensed under GPL-3.0. Our modifications are released under the same license. You may view the source at github.com/AlIN900/arrow_puzzle.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Accounts

You can play without an account as a guest.
Signing in with email or Google enables cloud save and cross-device progress.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
You may not share your account, impersonate others, or use automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
You may delete your account at any time via the Profile screen.

3. Virtual Goods

Coins, items, skins, and boards are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded. If your account is deleted, these are permanently lost.

4. Ads & Purchases

The Game shows ads to remain free. Rewarded ads grant in-game bonuses. Huawei AppGallery builds may offer in-app purchases. All transactions are final, subject to the platform's own refund policy (Google Play / Huawei AppGallery).

5. Leaderboard

If you participate in the Leaderboard:

Your display name and scores become publicly visible.
Do not use offensive names. We may reset or remove names that violate these Terms without notice.
Scores are recalculated weekly and monthly. Exploiting bugs or modifying the client to inflate scores will result in removal from the Leaderboard.
We reserve the right to modify scoring rules at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or modify the Game to gain unfair advantage
Use cheats, bots, or third-party tools that automate gameplay
Attempt to disrupt or overload our servers or Appwrite
Upload malicious content through any user-facing feature

7. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that your save data will never be lost. Back up your progress by signing in.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AHB.dev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including lost progress, lost virtual goods, or device issues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, if any.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to cloud features if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it and deleting your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Iraq.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and, where required, announced in-app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
