Delete Your Arrow Puzzle Account

Arrow Puzzle is developed by AHB.Dev (Ali Hussein). This page explains how to delete your account and any associated data.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Arrow Puzzle.
2. Tap Profile in the top-left of the Home screen.
3. If signed in, scroll to the bottom of the account card.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email arrowpuzzle.ahb@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my Arrow Puzzle account". Include the email address you used to sign in. We will delete your account within 7 business days.

What data is deleted

• Deleted immediately: email address, hashed password, Appwrite user ID, cloud save (current level, coins, trophies, unlocks), and all progress data stored in our Appwrite database.
• Retained: None. We do not retain any personal data after account deletion.

Data stored on your device

Local device storage (Hive database) is wiped automatically the next time the app is opened after a fresh install. Uninstalling the app removes all local data immediately.

Third-party data

Our advertising partner (Unity Ads) may have collected device identifiers and ad interaction data as described in our Privacy Policy. To request deletion of that data, use Unity's privacy tools at unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.
